Job summary

The Citizen Foundation in Karachi is seeking a Deputy Manager CPD, Principal to lead the design and implementation of professional learning programmes for school leaders across TCF's network.

You will design learning experiences, including self-paced learning and facilitator-led programmes, and develop instructional resources, digital learning experiences, and technology-enabled professional development while ensuring effective implementation, monitoring and continual improvement.

Responsibilities

• Research on school leadership competency framework
• Need analysis to identify recurring knowledge, skill, and performance gaps in principals
• Analysis of leadership development gaps and define learning priorities.
• Design and facilitation of trainings
• Design blended learning journeys and facilitate leadership trainings.
• Design and develop quality training materials and resources to serve varying needs of the target population
• Assessing training participants and impact
• Evaluate and monitor programme learning impact.
• Develop programme dashboards and recommend improvements using data
• Collaborate with relevant departments on design, execution, implementation and evaluation of training programme.
• Provide support on other relevant projects within TCF as and when the need arises.
