Job summary

The Citizen Foundation is seeking a dynamic school leader near Sheikhupura to drive academic excellence across our campus. You will promote evidence-based teaching, recruit top teachers, and cultivate a culture of collaboration among staff, students and parents.

Key responsibilities include developing improvement plans, monitoring classroom quality, organizing activities, coordinating with HR, and ensuring timely reporting while maintaining high ethical standards in line with TCF policies.

Responsibilities

• Promote evidence-based learning by monitoring school progress against KPIs and student outcomes.
• Recruit, develop, empower and retain outstanding teachers.
• Foster a culture of mutual learning, respect, collaboration and coordination among the school community.
• Recruit quality teachers through Teacher Selection and improve school plans.
• Develop and implement the school improvement plan with clear timelines.
• Monitor classroom quality via lesson plans and observations.
• Support teacher development through demo sessions and regular feedback.
• Monitor student performance through checks of copies and tests.
• Organize co-curricular activities, timetable, assemblies, library and labs.
• Attend training and conduct on-the-job training for faculty.
• Conduct term tests and examinations transparently and on schedule.
• Build team spirit and focus on teacher retention.
• Develop community relationships to promote education for all children.
• Maintain enrolment targets through effective recruitment strategies.
• Outreach to teachers and maintain CV bank at all times.
• Coordinate with HR for hiring, performance management and related matters.
• Maintain discipline and foster positive character in students and staff.
• Manage staff leaves and attendance and minimize empty classroom days.
• Supervise admin assistant and accounting matters.
• Maintain school accounts and ensure accurate documentation.
• Ensure maintenance of building and premises.
• Supply and manage utilities in a timely manner.
• Coordinate with supervisor on board-related matters.
• Understand TCF policies and ensure timely implementation.
• Submit reports and documents on time.
