Job summary

The Citizen Foundation seeks an Area Manager to oversee operations across 40–60 schools, supported by regional HR and accounts teams. You will ensure efficient inventory control, fleet logistics, and timely maintenance, while engaging with communities and partners to resolve issues with civil departments.

You will coordinate with the Admin Support Manager (ASM) to streamline processes, manage budgets, and uphold organizational standards across areas and programs.

Responsibilities

• Oversee inventory stores: categorize, label, shelve items for accessibility and use.
• Forecast demand and ensure timely distribution of materials to 40–60 schools.
• Coordinate fleet logistics: driver onboarding, route planning, fuel tracking, and maintenance.
• Supervise repair and maintenance planning, vendor shortlisting, and quality control.
• Coordinate land and site documentation, surveys, and approvals for school sites.
• Support engagement with donors, communities, and partners; ensure safety and compliance.
