Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to increase brand visibility and lead generation
• Plan, manage, and optimize campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms
• Manage SEO, SEM, email marketing, and content marketing initiatives
• Monitor website traffic, campaign performance, and conversion metrics using analytics tools
• Create and oversee marketing content for websites, blogs, social media, and email campaigns
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and identify growth opportunities
• Manage social media platforms and ensure consistent brand messaging
• Generate qualified leads and support sales objectives through targeted campaigns
• Prepare performance reports and provide recommendations for continuous improvement
• Collaborate with design, development, and sales teams to execute marketing initiatives effectively

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Media Sciences, CS or a related field
• 2–5 years of proven experience in Digital Marketing
• Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Google Analytics, SEO, SEM, Social Media Marketing, and Email Marketing
• Experience with lead generation, conversion optimization, and performance marketing
• Excellent analytical, communication, and reporting skills
• Familiarity with marketing automation and CRM tools is a plus
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
