Job summary

Ecolink Pakistan is hiring a Recruitment Executive to join our HR team on-site. You will manage the complete recruitment cycle, from requisition management to onboarding support, coordinating interviews and maintaining recruitment metrics.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field and at least 3 years of recruitment experience, with strong communication and organizational skills. This is an on-site role located in Lahore.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities required.
• Experience using LinkedIn, job portals and recruitment databases.
• Excellent organizational and coordination skills; able to manage multiple vacancies.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with department heads to identify hiring requirements and finalize approved requisitions.
• Source qualified candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other channels.
• Review applications, screen resumes, and shortlist candidates according to criteria.
• Conduct initial screening interviews and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
• Gather interview feedback and facilitate hiring decisions.
• Maintain recruitment records and hiring trackers; monitor KPIs like time-to-fill.
• Prepare and submit regular recruitment reports to management; support onboarding.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the complete recruitment cycle, including requisition management, candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, reporting, and onboarding support.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Sourcing

• Coordinate with department heads to identify hiring requirements and finalize approved requisitions
• Source qualified candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other recruitment channels
• Review applications, screen resumes, and shortlist candidates according to hiring criteria

Interview Management

• Conduct initial screening interviews and candidate assessments

Reporting & Administration

• Maintain accurate recruitment records and hiring trackers
