Velets Furniture is seeking an enthusiastic Ecommerce Coordinator to support marketplace management and grow our global online presence. You will coordinate activities across major marketplaces and collaborate with the team to enhance product listings and performance.

You will work with Amazon, Wayfair, Shopify, and Walmart, coordinating inventory, orders, and content updates, while maintaining strong communication with B2B and wholesale clients. Night shift is required.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years in ecommerce, sales support, or account coordination.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Willing to work night shift (8:00 PM–5:00 AM).
• Familiar with ecommerce platforms and digital tools.

Responsabilités

• Support marketplace management across Amazon, Wayfair, Shopify, and Walmart.
• Assist in inventory updates, order tracking, and content updates.
• Monitor product health, customer feedback, and account performance.
• Maintain communication with B2B and wholesale clients.
• Identify new wholesale leads and outreach.
• Help build/maintain CRM databases for follow-ups.
