MindX Commerce is an e-commerce agency specializing in marketplace management and online retail operations across eBay, Amazon, TikTok Shop, Shopify, and other platforms. We are seeking an experienced eBay Manager to oversee seller accounts and support efficient, accurate day-to-day marketplace operations from our Lahore team.

In this role, you will:

• Manage and maintain eBay seller accounts, ensuring listings and account information are accurate and professionally presented.
• Create, optimize, and maintain product listings, including titles, descriptions, item specifics, pricing, and images.
• Conduct product and competitor research to identify opportunities and support informed listing and merchandising decisions.
• Monitor orders and coordinate timely processing, shipping updates, and customer service follow-up.
• Track marketplace performance, inventory, listing health, and account issues; identify problems and recommend practical improvements.
• Resolve routine operational issues and work with internal colleagues to keep marketplace workflows consistent.
• Stay current with eBay policies and marketplace practices, applying relevant changes to account operations.
