• Experience supervising remote teams with productivity tools like Hubstaff
• Proven sales reporting, KPI management, and revenue tracking
• Website product management and pricing updates
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations across sales, fulfillment, and customer service
• Monitor sales team productivity with remote tools and hit targets
• Verify marketplace sales transactions for transparency and commission accuracy
• Process website orders: confirm, shipping label creation, dispatch coordination, and fulfillment tracking
• Coordinate procurement and vendor order processing
• Track delayed shipments and liaise with carriers to resolve issues
• Maintain website operations: categories, listings, pricing accuracy, inventory updates
• Respond to customer inquiries and support sales conversions
• Oversee Amazon marketplace operations and platform performance
• Coordinate with marketing on Google Ads campaigns and promotions
• Support parts sourcing and staff training
• Prepare end-of-day sales reports and monthly revenue summaries
• Implement internal controls for accuracy and transparency
• Develop strategies to improve efficiency, customer satisfaction, and sales growth
