Abendsoft Ltd. in Pakistan seeks an Assistant eCommerce Operations Manager to support day-to-day management of our eCommerce operations and teams.

You will coordinate between departments and the UK team to ensure timely completion of tasks. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, fluent in English, and able to lead a busy team, monitor performance, resolve issues quickly, and continuously improve workflows in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with excellent written and verbal communication.
• Strong understanding of eCommerce workflows and platforms.
• Ability to lead and coordinate a Pakistan-based team.

Responsibilities

• Support the eCommerce Operations Manager in coordinating the team.
• Act as primary contact for Pakistan team on daily ops.
• Allocate tasks based on priorities and track performance.
• Monitor productivity, deadlines and quality standards.
• Escalate issues to the eCommerce Operations Manager as needed.
• Assist with onboarding and daily technical/support needs.
