Job summary

RapidX Ventures in Karachi is hiring a Warehouse Executive to lead in-house fulfillment across multiple ecommerce brands. You will oversee end-to-end warehouse operations including receiving, storage, picking, packing and dispatch, while ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.

The role requires 2–4 years of warehouse or logistics experience, strong knowledge of inventory management systems, and the ability to manage a small team and drive process improvements in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of warehouse or logistics experience, preferably in e-commerce.
• Strong knowledge of inventory management systems.
• Experience handling 1,500+ daily orders.
• Leadership skills and ability to manage and motivate a small team.
• Problem-solving and a process-first mindset.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, pick and pack, and dispatch.
• Manage inventory and SKU tagging across all brands.
• Coordinate quality control with the supply chain team.
• Manage couriers and daily dispatch targets.
• Handle RTO (Return to Origin) and recovery processes.
• Manage warehouse executives and dispatch staff.
