Job summary

Devsinc 17 is seeking a Business Analyst with 2–4 years of experience in business analysis and software implementation projects. Strong requirements management, documentation, and stakeholder communication are essential, with preference for Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE/CRM experience.

The role involves coordinating with cross-functional teams, maintaining BRDs/FRDs, and supporting UAT and solution validation across Agile/Scrum and Waterfall environments.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience as a Business Analyst.
• Strong requirements management and stakeholder communication.
• Experience with SDLC, UAT, and software implementation processes.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, validate, and document business requirements.
• Coordinate with business stakeholders, project managers, developers, QA, and other teams.
• Prepare and maintain BRDs, FRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria, and process flows.
• Manage and prioritize requirements and backlog items using Azure DevOps, Jira, or similar tools.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum and Waterfall project activities including sprint planning and stand-ups.
• Support project planning, requirement tracking, dependency management, issue resolution, and delivery coordination.
• Coordinate and oversee project communications, ensuring timely updates and decisions.
• Maintain project documentation, meeting minutes, action items, and traceability.
• Support UAT, test planning, defect clarification, and solution validation.
• Translate business requirements into clear functional specs for technical teams.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure delivery of requirements.
• Identify gaps, risks, and process improvements and communicate them to stakeholders.
• Assist project managers with status reporting and tracking of deliverables.
