Job summary

Devsinc, LLC seeks a Business Analyst with 2–4 years of experience in business analysis and software implementation. The role focuses on gathering and documenting requirements, translating them into functional specs, and supporting UAT and testing.

The successful candidate will manage stakeholder communications, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and contribute to both Agile/Scrum and Waterfall projects using Azure DevOps or Jira.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience as a Business Analyst.
• Strong requirements management and documentation skills.
• Experience with Azure DevOps, Jira, or similar PM tools.
• Good understanding of Agile/Scrum and Waterfall methodologies.
• Strong MS Office Suite skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, validate, and document business and functional requirements.
• Work closely with business stakeholders, project managers, developers, QA, and other teams.
• Prepare and maintain BRDs, FRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria, and process maps.
• Manage and prioritize requirements and backlog items in Azure DevOps, Jira, or similar tools.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum and Waterfall project activities, including sprint planning and standups.
• Support project planning, requirement tracking, dependency management, and delivery coordination.
• Coordinate and oversee project communications, ensuring timely updates and decisions.
• Maintain project documentation, meeting minutes, action items, and traceability.
• Support UAT, test planning, defect clarification, and solution validation.
• Translate requirements into clear functional specs for technical teams.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure delivery of requirements.
• Identify gaps, risks and improvement opportunities; communicate to stakeholders.
• Assist managers with status reporting and tracking project deliverables.
