Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in truck dispatching (local or international).
• Experience with US/Canada load boards is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills in English (spoken and written).
• Proficiency in Google Sheets, email, WhatsApp, and dispatch tools.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Willingness to work night shifts if dispatching to North America.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and dispatch trucks for timely pickups and deliveries.
• Communicate with drivers via phone, WhatsApp, or dispatch software.
• Track loads and update ETAs to customers and brokers in real‑time.
• Maintain accurate records of dispatching activities and trip reports.
• Coordinate with shippers, brokers, and clients to avoid delays.
• Resolve driver issues, delays, or emergencies professionally.
• Ensure all operations comply with transportation laws and safety guidelines.
