Responsibilities

• Search for, negotiate, and secure profitable freight loads via load boards and broker networks.
• Communicate load details to drivers: pickup/delivery schedules, routes, and customer requirements.
• Monitor driver locations and shipment progress using GPS tracking systems.
• Maintain consistent communication with brokers and drivers to ensure efficient execution.
• Proactively resolve shipment delays and provide updates to stakeholders.
• Coordinate vehicle breakdowns with brokers and arrange support.
• Plan load assignments and optimize routes considering weather and efficiency.
• Monitor driver Hours of Service (HOS) to ensure compliance.
• Collect, verify, and submit proofs and shipment documentation.
