Job summary

Dosti Welfare invites applications for a Donor Relationship Manager to grow and sustain funding for our programs. You will serve as the primary liaison with institutional and individual donors, crafting compelling updates and coordinating with programs, finance, and M&E teams.

The role requires 3–5 years in donor relations within NGOs, strong English (Urdu preferred) communication, and a track record in reporting and compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related field such as Business Administration, Social Sciences, Development Studies, International Relations.
• 3–5 years of donor relations, fundraising, or partnerships experience in NGOs/INGOs.
• Strong written and verbal English (Urdu preferred).
• Proven ability to engage donors and manage professional relationships.
• Good understanding of donor compliance and reporting requirements.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with institutional and individual donors.
• Serve as the primary focal person for donor communication and coordination.
• Identify new funding opportunities and support fundraising initiatives.
• Coordinate with Programs, Finance, and M&E teams for donor reporting and compliance.
• Prepare donor briefs, presentations, and communication materials.
• Ensure timely submission of donor reports, updates, and acknowledgments.
• Maintain accurate records of donor interactions and funding agreements.
• Support proposal development and follow-up with donors as required.
