Qualifications

• Minimumbachelor’s degree in social sciences, mass communication, marketing or related discipline.
• Minimum 1-2 years of relevant fundraising experience.
• Local candidates residing in Kharian will be given preference.
• READ Foundation reserves the right to stop/abolish its recruitment process.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and develop a donor database including contact details, areas of interest/objectives, funding and contractual modalities, and formats.
• Research, approach and negotiate with new funding and old partners for financial support such as grants, in-kind contributions, event sponsorship, pro bono services etc.
• Prepare proposals, concept papers, estimates, feedback for donors.
• Arrange visits, briefings, social functions for donors and field staff on need basis.
• Collect cash, cheques and other instruments from the donors, and submit them to the F&A Department.
