Job summary

Dosti Welfare invites applications for a Donor Relationship Manager to grow and sustain funding for our programs. You will serve as the primary liaison with institutional and individual donors, crafting compelling updates and coordinating with programs, finance, and M&E teams.

The role requires 3–5 years in donor relations within NGOs, strong English (Urdu preferred) communication, and a track record in reporting and compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related field such as Business Administration, Social Sciences, Development Studies, International Relations.
• 3–5 years of donor relations, fundraising, or partnerships experience in NGOs/INGOs.
• Strong written and verbal English (Urdu preferred).
• Proven ability to engage donors and manage professional relationships.
• Good understanding of donor compliance and reporting requirements.

The Donor Relationship Manager will be responsible for building, managing, and strengthening relationships with existing and potential donors to support DWO’s programs and strategic objectives. The position requires strong communication, reporting, and coordination skills to ensure donor satisfaction and long‑term partnerships.
