IBSTEC is hiring an Experienced Taxi Dispatcher to join our UK-based campaign. You will handle inbound UK bookings, manage live dispatch operations, coordinate with drivers, and maintain high service standards.

The role requires at least 2 years of hands-on taxi dispatch experience in UK markets, strong English communication, and the ability to multitask across rotating shifts, including evenings and nights. On-site in Gulberg V, Lahore.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years hands-on taxi dispatch experience.
• UK taxi dispatch campaign experience required.
• Experience with UK taxi booking and dispatch operations.
• Hands-on experience with taxi dispatch software and booking management systems.
• Excellent spoken English with a neutral or British accent.
• Willingness to work rotational shifts.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls from UK customers and process bookings.
• Manage live bookings, dispatch requests, and driver allocations.
• Assign jobs to drivers based on availability, location, and operational requirements.
• Coordinate with drivers regarding pickups, drop-offs, delays, cancellations, and route changes; monitor live journeys and ensure timely pickups and drop-offs.
• Handle booking amendments, cancellations, customer complaints, and urgent requests; manage multiple bookings efficiently during peak hours.
• Maintain accurate booking records and update dispatch software in real time.
• Resolve customer and driver-related issues professionally.
• Ensure smooth daily dispatch operations and maintain service quality.

IBSTEC is hiring an Experienced Taxi Dispatcher for our UK-based Taxi Dispatch Campaign. We are looking for skilled professionals with a minimum of 2 years of direct experience in taxi dispatch operations, particularly within the UK market.

The ideal candidate must have practical knowledge of handling taxi bookings, managing live dispatch operations, coordinating with drivers, and dealing with UK-based customers. Candidates should be capable of independently managing dispatch operations while maintaining excellent customer service standards.
