Job summary

Yuni Rides is seeking a Customer Service Representative (CSR) – Dispatch Coordinator to support transportation operations for students and families. This onsite role interfaces with drivers, schools, parents, and internal teams to monitor trips, resolve issues, and ensure timely service.

The ideal candidate will have 1–3 years in customer service or dispatch, strong communication skills, and attention to detail. The position offers an onsite work arrangement and a competitive salary package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience preferred.
• 1–3 years of experience in Customer Service, Dispatch Operations, Logistics, or a related field.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Monitor daily transportation operations and scheduled trips in real time.
• Ensure routes and trips are properly assigned and completed according to requirements.
• Track driver activity and provide ongoing support throughout the service day.
• Serve as primary point of contact for drivers, schools, parents, and internal stakeholders.
• Assist with onboarding and documentation for new drivers; ensure compliance.
• Maintain records, reports, and internal systems with high accuracy.
