Job summary

Software Finder is seeking a Director, Sales Operations to build and manage the operating infrastructure behind a ~30-person BD organization. This role focuses on PMO, processes, governance, and delivery discipline rather than direct revenue ownership.

You will drive initiatives, establish PMO structures, and ensure accountability across teams, reporting, and performance reviews in a fast-moving B2B environment.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or similar operational leadership.
• Mandatory strong PMO/project management experience.
• Strong understanding of CRM governance, sales processes, pipeline management, reporting, dashboards, and metrics.
• Experience building SOPs, workflows, scorecards, accountability frameworks, and operating cadences.
• Strong understanding of SDR and BDM/AE operating models.
• Exceptional organization, analytical ability, attention to detail, ownership, and follow-through.

Responsibilities

• Establish and manage the BD PMO, translating leadership priorities into projects, workstreams, owners, milestones and KPIs.
• Track progress, identify risks, bottlenecks, and execution gaps, and drive initiatives through to completion.
• Own and improve BD workflows, SOPs, operating guidelines, checklists, accountability frameworks, and management cadences.
• Drive CRM governance, pipeline and opportunity discipline, data hygiene, reporting, dashboards, and process improvements.
• Ensure adherence to processes, management routines, and commitments including 1:1s, coaching, deal reviews, and performance reviews.
• Provide leadership with actionable visibility into operational health, KPIs, execution gaps, risks, and trends.
