Job summary

Software Finder is seeking a Director, Sales Operations to establish the BD PMO, own processes, and deliver measurable execution across a ~30-person BD team. The role reports to the VP of Business Development and focuses on operational infrastructure rather than direct revenue ownership.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, data-driven, and relentlessly drives progress from plan to completion, with strong PMO experience and a clear ownership mindset.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Business Operations, or similar operational leadership.
• Mandatory strong PMO/project management experience across multiple complex initiatives.
• Strong knowledge of CRM governance, sales processes, pipeline management, reporting, dashboards, and metrics.
• Experience building SOPs, workflows, scorecards, accountability frameworks, and operating cadences.
• Deep understanding of SDR and BDM/AE operating models.
• Excellent organization, analytical ability, ownership, and follow-through.
• Comfortable challenging managers and stakeholders without direct team ownership.
• Strong communication and stakeholder-management in a fast-moving B2B setting.

Responsibilities

• PMO & Execution: Establish BD PMO with milestones, KPIs, and deadlines.
• Process & Operations: Improve BD workflows, SOPs, checklists, and cadences.
• CRM & Sales Operations: Govern CRM, pipeline discipline, data hygiene, and dashboards.
• Management Accountability: Enforce 1:1s, coaching, deal reviews, and performance reviews.
• Performance & Visibility: Provide actionable operational health insights and trends.
• Revenue Support: Translate revenue priorities into operational plans across BD programs.
