Tecton Solutions in Lahore is seeking an experienced SDR & Sales Closer to generate qualified leads, engage potential clients, and close sales for our digital services from on-site Lahore.

The ideal candidate will have 2+ years in SDR/BDR or sales roles, with prior Web/App development or SEO sales experience, strong English communication, and proven closing skills to manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing.

Formación

• 2+ years of experience in SDR/BDR/Sales roles.
• Experience selling Web Development and/or App Development is highly preferred.
• Experience with SEO or digital services is advantageous.
• Strong cold-calling and lead-generation skills.
• Proven ability to close sales and convert prospects into clients.
• Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confident, target-oriented, and deadline-driven.

Responsabilidades

• Generate and qualify potential leads through cold calling.
• Conduct cold calls and introduce Web Development, App Development, SEO, and digital solutions.
• Identify client needs and understand business requirements.
• Build relationships with potential clients and maintain follow-ups.
• Schedule meetings and demos with qualified prospects.
• Handle objections and negotiate with prospects professionally.
• Take ownership of the sales process and close deals successfully.
• Maintain records of leads, follow-ups, conversations, and activities.
• Achieve monthly lead-generation and sales targets.
• Coordinate handover with internal teams after closing.
