LastHope Marketing in Lahore is seeking a Sales Closer for a full-time on-site role. You will engage qualified leads, conduct discovery calls, present digital marketing solutions, and close deals for services like landing page design, SEO, and website development.

You will manage end-to-end sales cycles, build long-term client relationships, train junior agents, and collaborate with marketing and delivery teams to ensure client satisfaction and successful onboarding.

Formación

• Proven experience in sales closing, preferably in digital marketing, SEO, web development, or related services.
• Experience with US/Canadian clients is highly preferred.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Confidence in dealing with international clients.
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
• Knowledge of SEO, Website Development, and Digital Marketing services will be a plus.
• Previous sales team management experience is a strong advantage.

Responsabilidades

• Engage with potential clients through calls and virtual meetings.
• Understand client business needs and propose suitable SEO and website solutions.
• Present service packages and pricing professionally.
• Close sales deals and achieve monthly revenue targets.
• Handle objections, negotiations, and follow-ups effectively.
• Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and sales records.
• Work closely with delivery teams for smooth client onboarding.
• Help train, guide, and monitor Sales Agents.
• Review team performance and help improve sales processes.
• Support the growth and development of the sales team.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
