About the Company
Digital Marketing Manager
Employment Type: Full-time
Location: DHA-2 - Islamabad
Workplace Type: On-site
About the Role
We are looking for a hands-on Digital Marketing Manager to establish and manage the core digital marketing function for our business and client projects. You will plan, implement and measure digital marketing activity across websites, search engines, paid advertising, email, social media and CRM. This is not a strategy-only or agency-management position. You must be comfortable working directly inside advertising, analytics, content management and CRM platforms. You will also coordinate remote service providers—including copywriters, designers, developers and video editors—when specialist support is required.
Marketing Planning
- Translate business objectives into practical marketing plans.
- Identify priority audiences, campaigns, channels and offers.
- Maintain monthly campaign and content calendars.
- Prioritise activity according to commercial value and available resources.
- Coordinate delivery across internal teams and external providers.
Website and Conversion
- Manage website content, landing pages, forms and calls to action.
- Create and update pages using the company’s content management system.
- Improve website journeys and enquiry conversion rates.
- Coordinate technical changes with designers and developers.
- Ensure campaign and conversion tracking is correctly implemented.
Search Engine Optimisation
- Conduct keyword, competitor and content-gap research.
- Plan priority pages, articles and topic clusters.
- Prepare clear, execution-ready briefs for external writers.
- Implement on-page SEO, metadata and internal linking.
- Monitor organic performance and recommend improvements.
- Coordinate advanced technical SEO support when required.
Paid Advertising
- Plan, launch and optimise Google and Meta advertising campaigns.
- Manage approved advertising budgets.
- Develop keyword, audience and retargeting strategies.
- Coordinate advertising copy and creative production.
- Monitor cost per lead, lead quality and conversion performance.
CRM and Email Marketing
- Manage lead-capture forms and CRM records.
- Maintain accurate lead-source and campaign attribution.
- Create lists, email campaigns and basic automated journeys.
- Coordinate with sales and admissions staff to improve lead follow-up.
- Monitor how marketing enquiries progress towards conversion.
- Recommend improvements to the CRM pipeline and nurturing process.
- Training will be provided on the company’s existing CRM and website systems.
Social Media
- Select and prioritise the most commercially relevant social platforms.
- Plan and maintain a consistent publishing schedule.
- Coordinate written, graphic and video content.
- Publish or schedule approved content.
- Monitor engagement and identify useful audience insights.
- Avoid producing content purely to maintain posting volume.
External Service Providers
- Prepare clear briefs for writers, designers, developers and video editors.
- Obtain quotations and coordinate agreed timelines.
- Review submitted work for quality, accuracy and brand consistency.
- Request revisions where required.
- Ensure approved work is published and measured correctly.
Analytics and Reporting
- Use GA4, Google Search Console, advertising platforms and CRM reporting.
- Produce clear weekly and monthly performance reports.
- Track traffic, enquiries, cost per lead and conversion rates.
- Identify underperforming activity and recommend corrective action.
- Connect marketing activity to genuine commercial outcomes.
Essential Requirements
- Proven hands‑on digital marketing experience.
- Practical experience managing SEO and paid advertising campaigns.
- Working knowledge of Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager.
- Experience using GA4 and Google Search Console.
- Experience with landing pages, lead generation and conversion tracking.
- Understanding of CRM pipelines, lead attribution and email marketing.
- Ability to plan and manage social media activity.
- Experience briefing or coordinating external service providers.
- Strong written and spoken English.
- Strong organisation, commercial judgement and attention to detail.
- Evidence of measurable results from campaigns you personally managed.
Desirable Experience
- Experience with HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, Pipedrive or another CRM.
- Experience with WordPress, HubSpot CMS or another content management system.
- Marketing experience within education, EdTech, SaaS or professional services.
- International or UK‑focused marketing campaigns.
- Content‑led SEO and editorial planning.
- Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS.
- Experience managing marketing budgets and external contractors.
Preferred Skills
The Person We Are Looking For:
You should be comfortable both thinking and executing. You do not need to personally write every article, design every graphic or develop every webpage. However, you must understand each area well enough to set priorities, create clear briefs, assess quality and measure results. We are particularly interested in candidates who can demonstrate what they personally implemented, not only what their previous company, team or agency delivered.
What We Offer
- Ownership of a growing digital marketing function.
- Full‑time, office‑based position.
- Opportunity to work on international projects.
- Access to external writers
