Job summary

LifeTech Applications is seeking a Marketing Manager based in Islamabad for a full-time role to lead growth marketing and client-focused campaigns across e-commerce clients. You will develop growth plans, manage campaigns, write briefs, and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of working in a marketing firm focusing on marketing efforts (web e-commerce a plus)
• Excellent verbal, communication, written, and documentation skills
• A technical or management degree (Graduate degree a plus)
• Ability to work well within a team
• Time management skills
• A talent for creativity and problem-solving
• Exposure to HubSpot or similar tools and best practices a plus
• UX design knowledge a plus
• Exposure to Shopify a plus

Responsibilities

• Create and execute a growth strategy and plan for Black & Black Creative
• Work with internal and external stakeholders to understand business objectives, define the vision, and the prioritized list of tasks/projects that, when successfully executed, will ensure company success
• Create campaigns for email marketing and content writing on blogs and social posts
• Write detailed briefs/stories and put them in our internal tracking tool for marketing campaigns
• Create metrics KPIs for all marketing campaigns and initiatives. Be able to track and report on the campaigns on a weekly or biweekly basis
• Support on all things marketing-related that arise for project or retainer clients
• Knowledge of SEO, PPC, SEM, and Google suits a huge plus

We at LifeTech Applications design, develop, and optimize e-commerce websites for some of the fastest-growing brands. Brands we have worked with include Oribe, Solid & Striped, Krewe Sunglasses, Nili Lotan, Nécessaire, Birdies Slippers, Staud Clothing, Givenchy, The Lincoln Center for the Performing Arts, and the Whitney Museum. We’re a lean team of 28+ designers, developers, solutions architects, and E Comm consultants – spread across our Islamabad and Lahore offices. We’re looking for a Marketing Manager Islamabad-based. We are looking to grow over the next year and are looking for enthusiastic, bright, and ambitious people to join our team.

Job Description

The Marketing manager will play a key role in our company growth strategy and will directly handle the company-wide marketing efforts including company and client needs. The Marketing Manager will need to share a company-specific growth and execution plan and will also manage the ad hoc marketing needs of our clients. To be successful as a Marketing Manager, you should be happy in a client-facing role have a genuine passion for growth marketing and all things digital, and be able to work in a fast-paced environment. You will need a growth mindset and passion for company success
