Job summary

ibex in Lahore is seeking a Reporting & Analysis lead to manage Sierra AI Bot performance, maintain dashboards, and ensure Salesforce data accuracy. You will design automated daily, weekly, and monthly reports for key marketing metrics and monitor progress across channels.

The role requires 1–2 years of experience, a Bachelor’s in CS or Business, and strong Excel/BI tool skills to provide data-driven insights for management decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or business administration is required.
• Master's degree in computer science or business is preferred.
• 1–2 years of experience with a reputable firm is required.
• 1 year of experience or knowledge of digital media platforms is preferred.
• Strong reporting and analysis skills are essential.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, SQL, and BI tools is expected.

Responsibilities

• Manage Sierra AI Bot performance including call volumes, transfers, intents, monitors, close rates, RGUs and overall conversion performance.
• Develop and maintain Sierra reporting dashboards and insights to track trends, identify performance gaps and support bot optimization and business decisions.
• Maintain and update Salesforce data to ensure high data accuracy.
• Design and build automated daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports and interactive dashboards for key marketing metrics.
• Monitor Marketing progression through TFN, Zip-wise and other touchpoints and prepare data-driven feedback.
• Execute deep-dive quantitative analyses to investigate performance anomalies, lead response times and affiliate performance.
• Perform routine data audits within Salesforce to update missing Ad costs, missing pricing updates and correct discrepancies.
• Analyze Sierra AI campaign model and give feedback on optimizing for future lead and conversion volumes.
• Present complex data insights through clear visual reports and summaries for management decision-making.
• Maintain SOPs, metric definition guides and reporting & analysis workflows.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, SQL, Power BI and other BI tools.
