Job summary

Mobilink Bank is seeking a senior product leader to design, develop, and manage SME banking offerings that drive growth, improve customer experience, and meet risk and regulatory requirements.

You will lead end-to-end product development from concept to launch, driving digital journeys, pricing, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver integrated SME banking solutions across channels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field.
• 5–7 years in SME product development or commercial banking.
• Strong knowledge of SME banking products and services.
• Data-driven decision making and KPI tracking.

Responsibilities

• Develop and refine a portfolio of SME banking products with digital enablement.
• Conduct market research to identify customer needs and trends for digital innovation and differentiation.
• Lead end-to-end product development from concept to launch with digital journeys and automation.
• Collaborate with Credit, Risk, Compliance, and Legal for risk management and regulatory alignment.
• Ensure products comply with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
• Design pricing strategies and financial models to support viability and growth.
• Work with IT and Digital teams to drive product digitalisation and system integration.
• Partner with Distribution, Branches, and Relationship Managers for go-to-market strategies across channels.
• Provide training and digital tools to enable sales teams for effective delivery.
• Monitor product performance and KPIs, and iterate based on data insights.
• Gather customer feedback and digital usage insights to enhance products and processes.
• Coordinate with Treasury, Operations, Technology, and Digital teams for seamless delivery.
• Any other task assigned

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and continuously refine a portfolio of SME banking products, including loans, working capital, trade, and cash solutions, with a focus on digital enablement and customer-centric design.
• Conduct market research to identify customer needs, industry trends, and opportunities for digital innovation and competitive differentiation.
• Lead end-to-end product development from concept to launch, incorporating digital journeys, automation, and ongoing enhancements.
• Collaborate with Credit, Risk, Compliance, and Legal teams to ensure strong risk management and full regulatory alignment.
• Ensure all products comply with applicable regulatory requirements and internal policies.
• Design pricing strategies and financial models to support product viability, profitability, and scalable digital growth.
• Work closely with IT and Digital teams to drive product digitalisation, system integration, and process automation.
• Partner with Distribution, Branches, and Relationship Managers to execute go-to-market strategies across physical and digital channels.
• Provide training, tools, and digital platforms to enable sales teams for effective product positioning and delivery.
• Monitor product performance, track KPIs (including digital adoption), and recommend improvements based on data insights.
• Gather customer feedback and digital usage insights to enhance products, user experience, and processes.
• Coordinate with Treasury, Operations, Technology, and Digital teams to ensure seamless, efficient, and digitally integrated product delivery.
• Any other task assigned

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s / Master’s in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field.
• Professional certifications in banking, product management, or risk (preferred).
• 5–7 years of experience in SME product development or commercial banking product roles
• Strong knowledge of SME banking products and services
• Market and competitive analysis capability
• Product pricing and financial modelling
• Cross-department collaboration and stakeholder influence
• Data-driven decision making and KPI monitoring
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
