Translation Empire PK is seeking a highly skilled Digital Learning & Design Manager to lead the development and implementation of digital learning initiatives across the organization. The role requires experience in instructional design, e-learning platforms, and project management, with a focus on driving digital transformation in employee development.

The position emphasizes strategic leadership, content development, and platform optimization, with hands-on work in designing engaging modules

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Educational Technology, Instructional Design, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 5-10 years of relevant experience in digital learning, instructional design, or education technology.
• Demonstrated experience leading digital transformation in learning and development.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects while mentoring cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Leadership & Innovation: Develop and implement the organization's digital learning strategy. Lead the adoption and integration of innovative learning technologies.
• Digital Learning Development: Oversee the design and creation of engaging e-learning content, courses, and interactive training modules.
• Technology & Platform Management: Manage and optimize digital learning platforms and tools to ensure seamless delivery of content and reporting.
• Training & Support: Design and conduct training programs for internal teams on effective use of digital learning tools. Support staff with instructional design and digital content creation.
• Assessment & Improvement: Define KPIs for digital learning programs. Analyze learner engagement and feedback to optimize outcomes and content.
