Jaffer Business Systems (JBS) in Karachi seeks a Marketing Lead - Digital Growth & Performance to own the social media and digital-growth agenda across local and international markets. You will drive integrated campaigns, demand generation, and measurable pipeline impact, ensuring digital activity aligns with business goals.

The role requires 3–5 years in B2B digital marketing, strong analytics, and hands-on experience with paid media, marketing automation, and CRM workflows.

Formación

• Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, Digital Media, Communications, Business Analytics, or related field.
• Professional certifications in Digital Marketing, Performance Marketing, SEO, Marketing Automation, CRM, Analytics, or AI-enabled marketing are an advantage.

Responsabilidades

• Own social media governance and channel performance across LinkedIn, Instagram/Facebook, YouTube and other channels, including strategy and calendars.
• Translate local and international priorities into quarterly marketing roadmaps and briefs.
• Build and execute organic-first growth programmes using LinkedIn, executive thought leadership, Sales Navigator, ABM and high-value content.
• Plan and optimise paid-media campaigns with clear targets for CPL, leads, conversion and ROI.
• Lead email marketing and nurture programmes using marketing-automation tools with lead scoring and automated follow-ups.
• Coordinate with Website, SEO and Content owners to strengthen digital presence and conversion-focused CTAs.
• Coordinate thought leadership and proof assets across JBS offerings and partner solutions.
• Plan and support webinars, CXO roundtables, partner campaigns and events with lead capture and nurture.
• Maintain campaign analytics and reporting across channels and translate insights into actions.
• Track competitor and market activity to improve positioning and campaign decisions.
• Coordinate with designers, agencies, and stakeholders to deliver campaigns on time and brand-aligned.
• Continuously test new digital, AI and automation approaches to boost marketing effectiveness.
