Job summary

Systems Limited in Karachi is seeking a Digital Banking Application Support professional with 4+ years of experience to monitor production, manage incidents, and support mobile banking services for our retail and digital banking clients.

You will work with cross-functional teams and vendors to analyze logs, resolve issues, and drive digital transformation initiatives such as card limits and payment services, ensuring timely service restoration.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in application support, preferably in digital/retail banking.
• Experience with mobile banking applications and CRM/complaints management.
• Strong understanding of production support, incident management, and troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer complaints and issues through CRM systems.
• Monitor and respond to daily production issues reported by various departments.
• Monitor and respond to mobile app reviews and customer feedback.
• Gather business requirements for new digital services and coordinate with mobile application vendors for implementation.
• Support digital transformation initiatives, including credit card limit changes and installment deferment services.
• Perform Level 1 application analysis and troubleshooting by reviewing application logs.
• Coordinate with internal teams and vendors to resolve issues and ensure timely service restoration.
