Job summary

National Bank of Pakistan invites applications for the position of Digital Banking Officer - Mobile App Product (OG-III / OG-II) based in Karachi. The role focuses on monitoring customer feedback, aiding product enhancements, and ensuring compliance with SBP regulations.

The candidate should hold a Graduation or higher, with CS or related field preferred, and have 2+ years in Banking/Fintech sector, especially in digital apps or payments. Knowledge of digital banking regulations is essential.

Qualifications

• Must have Graduation or higher; HEC-recognized degree.
• Bachelor's/Master's in CS or related field preferred.
• Experience in Digital App, digital channels, or digital payments beneficial.
• Familiarity with Digital Banking regulations and SBP guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Assist day-to-day management of the Bank's Digital App portfolio and support product initiatives to grow registrations, activation, usage and engagement.
• Support implementation of Digital App product strategies, campaigns and business plans to meet growth and transaction targets.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to launch new mobile app features and value-added services.
• Monitor Mobile App performance: registrations, activation, transactions, and user adoption trends.
• Prepare management reports, dashboards, and MIS on Mobile App performance and KPIs.
• Assist in customer campaigns, cashback offers, discounts and awareness initiatives to boost App usage.
• Coordinate with Marketing, Branch Banking, Digital Banking, Operations and Technology teams for successful initiatives.
• Monitor customer feedback and coordinate resolutions with relevant departments.
