Job summary

Indus Hospital is seeking a Deputy Manager Project for Islamabad Operations. The role focuses on site assessment, proposal development, budgeting, and overseeing project delivery across Pakistan. Candidates should hold a BE in Civil with project management certification and have strong AutoCAD, MS Project/Primavera, and MS Office skills.

Travel to sites will be frequent. Experience required includes 5-7 years, with at least 2 years in health sector, and the ability to prepare detailed reports,

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of work experience, with a minimum of 2 years in health sector preferred.
• BE in Civil and Project Management certification preferred.
• Proficient in Autocad, MS Project/Primavera, and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Assess/review new sites including site surveys and assessment reports.
• Assist HOD Operations in project proposals, cost/time estimates and budgets.
• Develop layout/design of outreach containers and fixed facilities.
• Prepare and coordinate construction BOQs, technicals and engineering estimates with PRFs.
• Oversee construction to monitor progress across sites.
• Coordinate with Procurement/Finance for vendor onboarding and payments; ensure SOPs are followed.
• Prepare construction schedules and ensure deadlines are met.
• Evaluate progress and prepare detailed reports for senior management.
• Frequent travel to sites to monitor progress and quality.
• Prepare operational sites renovation BOQs and execute jobs across Pakistan.

Job Description

TASKS & ACCOUNTABILITIES :

• To Assess/Review the new sites including site surveys, submission of assessment report.
• Assist HOD Operations in project proposals, cost & time estimates and budgets.
• Develop layout/ design of outreach container & fixed facilities.
• Prepare/Coordinate and submit project Civil, MEP & ID BOQs, Technicals and Engineering Estimate along with PRFs.
• Oversee all sites constructions to monitor progress.
• Proficient in Autocad, Microsoft Project/Primavera, Microsoft Office.
• Prepare all construction schedule & ensure deadlines are met.
• Evaluate progress and prepare detailed reports.
• Coordinate with Procurement/ Finance for vendor onboarding and payments.
• Bills/Invoices Verification as per SOP and preparation of Completion Certificates of Vendors.
• Coordinate tasks according to priorities and plans.
• Make sure all safety precautions and quality standards are met.
• Assist HOD in developing annual budget & yearly goals for the department.
• Participate/Coordinate in meetings with Architect, End user and Construction team.
• Frequent travelling to sites to monitor progress and quality.
• Prepare operational sites renovation BOQs and execute the jobs across Pakistan.
• Any other tasks requirement as per instructions of senior management.
