State Bank of Pakistan in Karachi seeks experienced HR professionals for Deputy Director (OG-3) / Assistant Director (OG-2) roles in the Human Resources Department. The incumbents will develop HR policies, oversee payroll and benefits, and manage recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.

Eligibility requires a Master's or Bachelor's degree (16 years) in HR/BA/management sciences/public administration/IT from an HEC-recognized university, with HR certifications preferred.

Qualificações

• Master's or Bachelor's degree (16 years) in HR/business admin/management sciences/public administration/IT from an HEC-recognized university.
• HR related certifications preferred.
• Experience in HR operations and policy implementation is desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Assist in development of HR policies, SOPs, and proposals across talent acquisition, compensation & benefits, performance management, and employee services.
• Participate in recruitment and selection processes.
• Plan and administer onboarding for new hires.
• Coordinate payroll, tax, and salary-related processes with timely disbursement.
• Support staff leave, pensions, retirement benefits, and travel or scholarship payments.
