Qualification & Experience:

Responsibilities:

• Data Collection: Oversee data collection, crucial for making informed decisions through development of data collection formats.
• The Deputy Manager/Analytics & Performance Management, makes sure the process meets quality standards and matches business needs.

• The Deputy Manager/Analytics & Performance Management, makes sure the process meets quality standards and matches business needs.
• Developing strategies for effective data analysis and reporting systems to transform raw data into actionable business insights, extracting useful data and other valuable information, and reporting on the same.
• Improves processes through data analysis and reporting.
• Optimize processes for data intake, validation, mining and engineering as well as modeling, visualization and communication deliverables.
• Handle a vast quantity of raw data, and typically action and store this raw data safely to develop insight and, eventually, strategy.
• Establishing Performance Metrics: Develop and establish base benchmarks on all devolved KPIs for HoD-approved performance indicators on the basis of global best-practices and then track, measure and report progress by each team member in CCD on each of these KPIs benchmarks.
• Periodic reporting on performance progress of each CCD team member as well as all external departmental partners (agencies, vendors, etc) on approved and agreed KPI benchmarks.
• Recommend and track a performance management system to ensure achievement of performance and positive growth as per international norms and best practices for those KPIs.
• Communicate recommendations to CCD management for team to improve performance and minimize gaps from benchmarks, and meet all annual objectives through exceeding approved and agreed annual KPI performances for each CCD team member as well as partner.
• Track external partner performance on contractual KPIs and report any negative deviations on delivery, through measurement metrics, as an independent assessor.
• Data Analysis: Unlock the value of data through analyses, spotting trends, patterns, and opportunities.
• This can shape major communication strategies, as well as performance management goals, including PMS as well as external partner performance management and retention decisions.
• Apply industry knowledge to interpret data and improve departmental performance.
• Selecting, configuring and implementing analytics solutions.
• Examine, interpret and report results of analytical initiatives to stakeholders in CCD leadership.
• Define metrics to specific performance indicators, and relevant data sources to measure the same.
• Select, configure and implement analytics solutions to track the same and report to GGM/CD.
• Maintains an understanding of departmental business goals, operations and KPIs, as well as metrics to measure these and improve processes and methodologies to gather the relevant data and distill into actionable reports.
• Responsible for building the systems that allow this actionable insight development to occur.
• This includes developing any digital spreadsheets/logbooks/databases to quickly and easily access the data entry they require.
• Lead cross-functional projects using advanced data modeling and analysis techniques to discover insights that will guide strategic decisions and uncover optimization opportunities.
• Build, develop and maintain data models, reporting systems, data automation systems, dashboards and performance metrics which support key departmental decisions.
• Use of Data Visualization Tools: Deputy Manager/Analytics & Performance Management uses data visualization tools and Dashboards to make complex data easy to understand.
• These tools help stakeholders make quick, informed choices.
• Communicates results and findings through visualization on graphs, charts, infographics to CCD senior management to improve departmental and external partner performances and reduce gaps from benchmarks.
• Extract reports from multiple sources (including sections within department as well as departments within SSGC, and Group Companies, as well as industry within Pakistan and international secondary research data).
• Prepares and presents operating reports to GGM periodically.
• Oversee the design and delivery of reports and insights that analyze business functions and key operations and performance metrics.
• Ensure accuracy of data and reporting deliverables and oversee the data/report requests process: tracking requests submitted, prioritization, approval, etc.
• Driving Actionable Insights: Turning data into actionable insights is key.
• This demands both analytical and creative thinking. Propose solutions through recommendations, that boost business performance through the reports.
• Consolidate and communicate recommendations of CCD senior management to team to improve performance and reduce gaps from benchmarks.
• Develop and implement quality controls and departmental standards & benchmarks for various KPI delivery elements, devolved from MD KPIs on the basis of reported data, to ensure quality standards, organizational expectations, and regulatory requirements are met, while meeting and exceeding approved benchmarks.
• Organize and drive successful completion of data insight initiatives through effective management of data analysis and effective collaboration with stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance to the Enterprise Risk Management Framework enforced in the Company while performing job responsibilities in accordance with their assigned role.
• Ensure compliance to the Business Principles and Ethics Policy / Code of Conduct.
• Ensure compliance with all laws of Pakistan, and adherence to Corporate Core Values, specially relating to Communication Strategy, Planning & Services and to preserve brand integrity.
• Perform any other task assigned by immediate supervisor and/or HoD.
