Job summary

foodpanda in Lahore, Pakistan, is seeking a Supply Planning Analyst to create daily and weekly replenishment plans, participate in S&OP forecast meetings, and build supply plans from demand forecasts. You will work with suppliers and our commercial team to optimize inventory levels, while maintaining target service levels and reducing shrinkage.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in a related field and 1–3 years in demand or supply planning, plus advanced Excel and SQL skills.

Qualifications

1–3 years of experience in demand or supply planning.
Experience with FMCG/grocery retailers is a plus.
Experience in demand planning for online marketplaces or e-commerce is a plus.
Advanced Excel skills and SQL.
Strong analytical and data-driven approach to identify patterns.

Responsibilities

Create daily/weekly replenishment plans on a supplier level based on inventory parameters, actual sell-out, and planned forecast.
Participate in S&OP forecast meetings and adjust forecasts accordingly.
Calculate a proper supply plan based on generated demand forecast.
Prepare and update monthly and weekly supply planning files and KPI reports based on actuals.
Maintain healthy inventory in DC and store based on target days cover and availability targets.
Coordinate with suppliers on delivery alignments and drive fulfillment performance.
Monitor supplier issues and elevate as necessary to ensure availability.
Identify slow-moving SKUs and flag to stakeholders to drive action.
Identify inventory with no movement for the past 28 days.
Work cross-functionally to assist in projects and resolve issues.
