Job summary

METRO Pakistan (Pvt) Limited is seeking a delivery operations coordinator to manage customer deliveries, ensure stock availability, and maintain warehouse standards across our Lahore metro area.

Responsibilities include route planning, gate passes, fuel cost tracking, and handling delivery-related customer inquiries while coaching team members to improve productivity and service quality.

Qualifications

• Graduation or equivalent degree.

Responsibilities

• Manage and organize customer deliveries, ensuring the correct quantity and specifications are fulfilled.
• Ensure stock availability for customers and offer suitable substitutes through the Call Center, with clarifications to customers.
• Stay informed about customer orders and stock, lead timely and efficient deliveries, ensuring satisfactory service.
• Prepare gate passes for transportation of goods.
• Ensure effective route planning and hand over delivery documents to staff.
• Verify daily fuel costs and transactions with proper documentation.
• Ensure productivity levels of delivery vans are achieved.
• Handle and coordinate customer complaints related to delivery issues.
• Maintain warehouse stock levels and monitor discrepancies.
• Maintain warehouse quality standards per SOPs.
• Coach and train team members on concepts, technologies, and processes to support objectives and growth.
• Monitor performance of all team members to identify productivity gaps and address them.
