Job summary

METRO Pakistan (Pvt) Limited operates wholesale centers in Lahore, Karachi, Multan, Islamabad and Faisalabad, and is part of METRO GROUP’s Cash & Carry network. This role manages MMS admin tasks for supplier and article master data, and oversees ordering and stock management to keep inventories accurate and up to date.

You will assist inventories, file SOP-compliant documents, and prepare reports for Head Office and Store Manager, while coordinating price updates and stock corrections daily.

Qualifications

• Graduation or equivalent degree.
• Experience with inventory and stock management is a plus.
• Ability to train and coach team members.

Responsibilities

• Manage all administrative tasks in MMS related to supplier and article master data maintenance, ordering, and stock management.
• Assist in conducting partial and annual inventories.
• Maintain and file all documents in compliance with SOPs.
• Make MMS entries based on duly authorized forms and approvals.
• Prepare reports for Head Office and the Store Manager as required.
• Manage store ordering and follow‑up activities.
• Distribute all price updates to the relevant departments.
• Check METRO Post and compare prices and product availability.
• Enter stock corrections/local article changes into the system and ensure they are updated by the following day.
• Distribute MMS reports on a daily basis.
• Perform manual ordering in accordance with SOPs.
• Ensure stock availability and maintain optimal stock days.
• Coach and train team members on existing and new concepts, technologies, and functionalities to support the achievement of team objectives, enhance technical skills, and promote a positive attitude and professional growth.
• Monitor the performance of all team members to identify gaps between expected and actual productivity levels.
