Job summary

METRO Pakistan (Pvt.) Limited is seeking a Supervisor – Administrative Logistic Centre to oversee administrative, ordering, inventory, stock-management and reporting activities in alignment with SOPs.

The role entails managing supplier and article master data in MMS, supporting inventory cycles, and preparing Head Office reports while coaching the team on new systems and processes.

Qualifications

• Graduation or Equivalent Degree.
• Experience in administrative, inventory, ordering, reporting and team management is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage supplier and article master data, ordering, and stock management in MMS.
• Assist with partial and annual inventory activities.
• Maintain and file documents according to SOPs.
• Make MMS entries based on authorized forms and approvals.
• Prepare reports for Head Office and the Store Manager.
• Manage store ordering and follow-up activities.
• Distribute price updates to relevant departments.
• Check METRO Post and compare prices and product availability.
• Enter stock corrections and local article changes into the system.
• Distribute MMS reports on a daily basis.
• Perform manual ordering in accordance with SOPs.
• Ensure stock availability and maintain optimal stock days.
• Coach and train team members on new concepts, technologies, and system functionalities.
• Monitor team performance and identify gaps between expected and actual productivity.
