Job summary

HBL People is seeking a Senior Delivery Manager to oversee planning and execution of a core banking transformation. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, align stakeholders, and establish communication protocols to ensure timely milestone delivery.

The role involves understanding core banking technologies, collaborating with engineering, infrastructure, and operations, and leading risk-aware delivery reviews. Experience in banking projects and a PMP or equivalent certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer science or a qualitative subject.
• PMP or a Project / Delivery Management Certification desirable.
• An overall 7+ years of experience in Banking, Project Management, Technology Management in a leading bank or financial institution.

Responsibilities

• Develop a comprehensive plan / WBS for assigned delivery bucket with milestones.
• Coordinate with leads and stakeholders to align with objectives.
• Establish communication channels and protocols to enable collaboration.
• Understand technical aspects of core banking transformation and facilitate milestones.
• Assist in delivering milestones through collaboration with engineering and operations teams.
• Implement processes to assess delivery milestones and ensure stakeholder expectations are met.
• Analyze and redesign end-to-end payment processes across various payment types.
• Work with architects and implementation teams to design payment flows and interfaces.
• Define API and middleware requirements supporting payment services and ensure risk mitigation.
