Job summary

HBL People is seeking an experienced Delivery/PMO professional to lead core banking transformation efforts. The role involves planning, coordinating across multiple teams, and ensuring milestone delivery with strong governance and risk controls.

The incumbents will collaborate with engineering, EA, infrastructure, and operations teams to deliver onboarding improvements across retail, SME, corporate, and digital channels, while driving digitization, STP, and a single customer view architecture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• PMP or Delivery Management certification desirable.
• 7+ years in Banking/PM/Technology leadership in a leading bank or financial institution.

Responsibilities

• Develop a comprehensive plan / WBS for the assigned delivery bucket with timelines and milestones in coordination with leads.
• Coordinate with teams and stakeholders to align with project objectives.
• Establish communication channels and protocols to facilitate collaboration.
• Understand technical aspects of core banking transformation and assist stakeholders in milestones.
• Collaborate with Engineering, EA, Infrastructure & Operations, TCoE, DCoE and align to requirements for successful delivery of milestones.
• Implement and oversee processes to assess delivery milestones; ensure deliverables meet stakeholder expectations and standards.
• Conduct regular reviews and audits to identify areas for improvement.
• Analyze and redesign end-to-end customer onboarding journeys across Retail, SME, Corporate, Digital Banking Channels; support onboarding capabilities within the new platform.
• Define future-state onboarding, account opening and customer maintenance processes; identify digitization, automation and STP opportunities.
• Support the implementation of a single customer view and CIF architecture; identify risks and mitigation strategies.
• Track changes with change management; coordinate with Temenos and implementation partners; monitor vendor performance and resolve disputes.
• Understand organization hierarchy; engage stakeholders; manage expectations and provide progress updates.
• Monitor vendor performance and adherence to contractual agreements; facilitate communication with vendors via IT VM.
