Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for the merchant operations of Daraz coins and games program
• Lead end-to-end management of key strategic initiatives that aim to increase merchant engagement and stickiness
• Monitor performance metrics, identify trends, and develop tangible actions to drive higher levels of merchant growth objectives.

Position Requirement

• At least 1 year of experience in e-Commerce or tech industry, bonus if experienced with Merchant Operations scopes
• Strong sense of ownership, reliable and good team player who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment
• Strong problem-solving skills, ability to analyse meaningful trends and solve problems with data-driven approach
• Great project management skills with ability to work fast and and manage multiple projects simultaneously to meet deadlines with minimal supervision
