Transpotech Services in Lahore is seeking a dedicated Customer Service professional to join our team. You will be the primary point of contact for clients, handling inquiries, processing orders, and coordinating with drivers to ensure timely dispatch.

The role requires excellent spoken English with a neutral American or British accent, strong computer and typing skills, and experience with CRMs. A bachelor's degree is preferred and prior US-facing support is a plus.

Shift: Night shift (Rotational, 5 days a week)

Salary: 100k - 160k (+ incentives)

Position Overview:

Transpotech is seeking a dedicated Customer Service professional to join our team. This role is essential for ensuring excellent service delivery and efficient dispatching of drivers for our clients. You will be the key point of contact for customers and handling inquiries.

Job Description

• Having Excellent spoken English skills and a neutral, American or British accent is MANDATORY.
• Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude towards customers at all times.
• Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
• Communicating with customers through various channels.
• Acknowledging and resolving customer complains.
• Knowing our service' inside and out so that you can answer questions.
• Processing orders, forms, applications and requests.
• Keep records of customer interactions, transaction, comments and complains.
• Communicating and coordinating with team as necessary.
• Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.

Requirements for the role:

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent (from abroad preferred)
• Foreign Exposure in English speaking countries is preferred
• Ability to multitask
• Familiarity and experience with CRMs
• Strong computer and typing expertise
• Experience working in Customer support roles (US experience is preferable)
• Excellent Spoken English skills with (American or British accent preferred)
