You will maintain detailed interaction records, follow up for satisfaction, escalate complex cases, and collaborate with internal teams to sustain service quality and meet targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification preferred.
• Proven experience in customer service, customer support, or a similar role.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and conflict-resolution abilities.
• Ability to handle customer concerns professionally and empathetically.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and customer support tools or CRM systems.
