Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 Years old and hold a valid CNIC.
• Experience in dealing with international customers is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer experience as measured by performance objectives.
• Provide alternatives to unavailable products/items on the ecommerce website.
• Stay updated with the latest system information and process changes.
