Responsibilities include delivering exceptional customer service, following prescribed resolution steps, and staying updated on system and process changes to ensure high satisfaction and efficient issue handling.

Qualifications

• O-Levels/Matric or above.
• Excellent English written and verbal communication.
• American or neutral accent.
• MS Office proficiency.
• At least 18 years old with a valid CNIC.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer experience per performance objectives.
• Convey a friendly, caring image in every interaction.
