Job summary

AIK Atelier is seeking a professional Customer Service Representative to join our Lahore-based team. You will handle customer inquiries through calls, WhatsApp, and other channels, assisting with orders, product information and follow-ups.

Maintain accurate records, coordinate with internal teams, and ensure a positive experience while representing the AIK Atelier brand. Prior CS experience is preferred, with a strong emphasis on clear communication.
