Paramount Tourism Club in Bahria Town, Lahore, is hiring a Travel Sales Executive to independently manage customer inquiries across WhatsApp, phone, and social media, negotiate effectively, and convert leads into confirmed bookings. The role requires 1–3 years of sales experience, strong Urdu and English communication, and the ability to meet sales targets.

This is a full-time, on-site position with a competitive PKR 45,000 monthly salary plus performance-based commission.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of relevant sales experience preferred; proven closing ability is essential.
• Experience in travel and tourism, hospitality, telesales, or customer-facing sales is highly preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication in Urdu and English.
• Ability to convert WhatsApp and phone inquiries into confirmed bookings.
• Work full-time, on-site at Bahria Town, Lahore.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound travel inquiries through WhatsApp, phone calls, and social media.
• Understand customer travel requirements, budget, and preferences.
• Recommend suitable domestic tour packages and travel experiences.
• Prepare professional quotations and explain itineraries, pricing, and inclusions.
• Convert qualified leads into confirmed, paid bookings.
• Negotiate with customers while maintaining company pricing and profitability.
• Follow up with potential customers and manage sales objections.
• Maintain accurate lead records, booking updates, and daily sales reports.
• Coordinate with the operations team for smooth booking execution.
• Contribute to sales activities for our upcoming international tourism expansion.
