Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to enquiries via WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and other digital platforms.
• Develop conversations to understand needs, address concerns and guide to next steps.
• Convert enquiries into qualified leads, appointments or walk-ins.
• Provide accurate information about services, procedures and promotions.
• Follow scripts and FAQs while keeping tone natural and personalized.
• Identify high-intent leads and prioritize timely follow-up.
• Maintain records of enquiries, lead status and outcomes in CRM.
• Track journey from message to appointment and clinic visit.
• Coordinate with front desk to ensure proper follow-through.
