Job summary

Sundaram Finance Limited is seeking a proactive Field Officer to support the end-to-end loan lifecycle in Zhob. The role involves on-site engagement with dealers, field activities, and thorough documentation to enable loan processing and collections.

You will carry out disbursement support, post-disbursement tasks, and recovery activities while identifying cross-selling opportunities. Strong communication and organisational skills for local customer interactions are essential.

Responsibilities

• Participate in activities conducted by the dealer/ MLE (Micro-level events).
• Generate leads through Sundaram Finance Limited promotional activities.
• Carry out field investigation for loan applications.
• Interact with dealers to promote marketing schemes.
• Collect prospective customer information.
• Process loan applications for approval.
• Obtain documents including invoices, insurance papers and other relevant papers.
• Process delivery confirmations and finance collection after disbursement.
• Initiate repossession proceedings when required.
• Maintain records of collections and account status in M-Collect.
• Respond to customer queries and explore cross-selling opportunities.

2) Disbursement:

• Processing application for approval.
• Obtaining documents from customers forpayment.
• Collection of invoice /Insurance covernote and other respective papers.
• Processing of loan documents forapproval.
• Payment of the finance amount.

3) Post Disbursement:

• Process the confirmation of delivery ofvehicle finance.
• Collection of amount and relevantdocuments.
• Collection of registration certificate andinsurance policy/ invoice (if applicable).

4) Recovery Management:

• Responsible for initiating repossessionproceedings
• Maintain records of collection andstatus of accounts via M-Collect.

5) Customer relations and cross selling:

• Responding to customer queries andgrievances and providing timely information and redressal.
• Exploring favorable cross-sellingopportunities with the customers.
