We seek a Forward Deployed Engineer to translate client needs into scalable technical solutions, deploy applications to cloud environments, and collaborate across engineering, product, and business teams.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in software engineering or similar technical role.
• Proficient in Python or JavaScript/TypeScript and modern languages.
• Experience with REST APIs, webhooks, databases, and third-party integrations.

Key Responsibilities

• Work directly with clients to understand their business and technical requirements.

• Translate client problems into practical, scalable technical solutions.

• Design, develop, integrate, and deploy customized software and AI solutions.

• Build prototypes and proof-of-concepts quickly to validate ideas.

• Troubleshoot technical issues during implementation and deployment.

• Collaborate with internal engineering, product, and business teams to deliver client projects.

• Take ownership of solutions from initial discovery through deployment and iteration.

• Communicate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Identify opportunities to improve existing solutions based on client feedback.

• Document implementations, integrations, and technical processes.

Requirements

• 2-5 years of experience in software engineering, solutions engineering, implementation engineering, or a similar technical role.

• Strong programming skills inPython, JavaScript/TypeScript, or another modern programming language.

• Experience working withREST APIs, webhooks, databases, and third-party integrations.

• Experience deploying applications to cloud environments such asAWS, Azure, or GCP.

• Comfortable debugging and troubleshooting complex technical issues.

• Ability to work independently and take ownership of projects.
